The deal leaves the 34-year-old with a loss on the contemporary-style home she bought in 2017 for $6.8 million.
But don’t feel bad for RiRi. She’s worth a staggering $1.4 billion, Forbes estimates, thanks to her chart-topping hits and Fenty Beauty line, which raked in $550 million last year.
However, when it comes to this particular property, Rihanna had some bad luck.
Shortly after buying the place, an intruder broke in and stayed for hours while she was away. Soon after, the performer called it quits on the sleek space and placed it on the market.
It was initially listed for $7,495,000 in 2018, then it went on the luxury rental market for $35,000 a month.
The nine-time Grammy winner relisted the home in October 2021 for $7,295,000.

Built in 2015, the home offers a “contemporary traditional” style. It sits on a half-acre parcel close to the Sunset Strip and offers treetop and city views.
